Desired Skills/Experience:

· Must Have solid experience working in a Point Person/Go-To-Person Role for everything related to MS Excel Reporting, Reports Generation, Analysis/Comparison Reports, Reports Formatting and more.

· Experience working for a company that is using MS Excel to store and retrieve company information and data ‘that is not normally meant to be stored and retrieved by MS Excel’ is a plus.

· Experience with Formulas, Pivot tables, Links (to other files, documents and information) and customization inside MS Excel is Preferred; experience with formatting customized Excel based reports is preferred.

· Experience formatting and customizing reports to make them easier to read and easier to pick up on key data patterns.

· Experience working with ‘Sensitive Company Data and Confidential Company Data’ is preferred.

· Must have very strong verbal and written presentation skills as email and oral communication will be a regular occurrence.


· Experience working in a similar role for an HR Department or another team where confidential information is at hand: salaries, payroll, corporate finances, personnel files, litigation or similar MS Excel reporting experience for confidential information

· Recent or Current MS Excel Training or Certification
