We’re looking for an intern for the fall semester (September - December) to be a part of an exciting new project. In this role, you’ll work out of our office on Technology Drive (across the river from the South Side between downtown and Oakland). The right person will also have the opportunity to do some of their work virtually/remotely.

The intern will play a key role in developing a web application for our company that will be central to the success of both our business and our industry. You’ll be working with a small team of developers and a web design intern. The goal of the product you’ll be helping to build is to revolutionize the way that IT professionals get connected to great jobs all over the world.
We are looking for a smart, self-motivated and self-directed developer with the ability to solve problems and learn new languages and technologies.
Requirements for this position include:
• A core understanding of OOP/OOD, preferably in PHP. We will also consider a strong
knowledge in other languages, including Java, C++, .NET, etc.
• Experience with relational databases, database technologies and querying, preferably with
MySQL. We will also consider other similar knowledge and experience, including PL/SQL, T-
SQL, Oracle, etc.
• Majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or a related IT field, or
relevant knowledge and experience.
Preferred, but not required experience:
• Experience with additional technologies such as JSON, AJAX, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3

By the end of this internship, you’ll have worked with some cool, new technologies and languages, and learned a great deal to help prepare for the future.
