Tech Support Manager - Network/Systems Experience - 382

Lionce is currently recruiting for a Tech Support Manager for a great opportunity with one of our partners in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a full time position with a pay rate up to $75,000 a year. For this particular role, our client is only considering either US Citizens or Permanent Residents (either EAD or Green Card).

Maintains computing environment by providing onsite hardware and software system support; identifying system improvements; upgrading, installing, and configuring systems; monitoring system/network performance.

Duties
*Document the environment and assist the VP Technology in implementing facility and network security standards with a aim to obtain a number of security accreditation's
*Work with limited supervision within a fast paced production environment
*Provide 1st and 2nd level support to users and customers
*Liaise with outside vendors when appropriate on specific projects
*Identifies system improvements by evaluating system performance.
*Provides answers to users by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding users through corrective steps.
*Upgrades system performance by tuning and configuring server and networking environments.
*Improves system by conferring with vendors and services; testing, evaluating, and installing new software.
*Maintains system performance by defining development tools and procedures.
*Protects system information by preparing and testing disaster recovery procedures.
*Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
