Lionce is currently recruiting for an Application Admin for a great opportunity with one of our partners in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a full time position with a pay rate up to $115,000. For this particular role, our client is only considering either US Citizens or Permanent Residents (either EAD or Green Card).

Clientis currently seeking an Application Administrator. Qualified candidates MUST have proven experience in Peloton Products.

The Application Administrator, Peloton Products will serve as an integral member of the Information Technology team and is responsible for all aspects of application administration, change control, quality control and support duties related to the Peloton products: WellView, RigView and SiteView across all company business units (Corporate, East, West), including field and office personnel.

The Peloton Product Administrator is also responsible for coordinating requirements from Operations with IT on data integration efforts between WellView and other lines of business applications.

This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science or IT and 3 years industry and at least 1 year experience supporting Peloton Applications along with the following:
1+ year experience with Peloton products (WellView, RigView, SiteView) required
Proficient with use of Microsoft Office software required
3+ years of oil & gas related industry experience required
Preferred prior experience with Drilling and Completions processes and terminology
Preferred prior experience with SQL database programming or administration

This position combines the roles of an application administrator and a business analyst. The position will serve as subject matter expert for Peloton product architecture and operation, advising in all areas of data analysis, change control, process improvement and issue resolution. The person serving in this role must possess superb analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail and be able to balance and/or coordinate multiple requests from business units/departments. Specific duties are as follows:

Job Responsibilities:
• Administration of Peloton software applications and databases, including quality control and verification of data accuracy
• Establish and enforce data standards for consistency and accuracy of data in Peloton applications
• Provide in-house support for Peloton software applications to Operations staff
• Provide 24 hour on-call phone support and training to well site supervisors at field locations
• Support operations staff in the development of schematics, graphs and post well analysis reports based on data managed through the Peloton applications
• Lead role in implementation and integration of Peloton products to meet the needs of the Operational departments
• Support Operations in daily, weekly, monthly, etc. meetings
• Coordinate communications setup for Rig and Field personnel
• Coordinate with various departments and business units to streamline business processes and workflows through solution implementation within and customizations to the Peloton products
• Central point of contact for all change requests and customizations to the Peloton applications
• Coordinate with IT on deployment and configuration of Peloton software installations, upgrades and patches
• Manage application security and access to Peloton products
• Monitor and administer processes which integrate with Peloton products
• Generate and maintain administration, deployment, configuration and training documentation for the Peloton products
• Manage Peloton product licenses
• Assist with SOX compliance as needed
