Lintoc Care has several positions and shifts available at our four DDD group homes. We currently are looking for Direct Support Staff, Certified Caregivers, CNA's, and LPN's. We are open to FT/PT as well as PRN Contractors. We have two homes in Chandler, one in Mesa and one in Phoenix.
Applicants must have a Driver License, First Aid/CPR and a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card before employment and willing to obtain Article 9 and Prevention & Support certifications within 60 days of employment.
Provide support to clients in all aspects of their life. This may include assisting them with their hygiene, incontinence, transferring, transportation to appointments as well as helping the clients meet their individual life skills goals.
Interact with the clients to meet their emotional and physical stimulation needs.
Housekeeping duties such as laundry, dishes, sweeping, mopping and dusting.
Team Member mindset.
Positive interaction with clients, their families, co-workers and management.
Recognize and be responsive to the needs of the clients.
Ability to maintain a calm, non-defensive and supportive attitude
Proficient verbal and written communication in English.
*Effective 11/18/21, Bonus is for a limited time only and may be subject to change. Bonus is given in three, $500 increments. At 90 days, 6 months and 1 year of employment. The starting rates are: DSP $14.22, Certified Caregiver $15.00, CNA $16.00 and LPN $28.00. PRN on call staff are paid higher wages as a 1099-Contractor.
