THE OPPORTUNITY: Operations Analyst is currently seeking an experienced Operations Analyst to join our fast-growing team. The Company is looking for an individual with online/web marketing experience who can hit the ground running... The role will report to the VP of Marketing Operations and will support the Media Buying team by providing thorough data and traffic analysis including negotiating with the Company’s vendors.


  • Provide availabilities for sales requests which may include channel/subchannel, age, demo and index specific targeting.
  • Responsible for supporting media buying – LifeScript drives traffic to the site through multiple PPC vendors; this role will communicate/negotiate with those vendors.
  • Identify areas of the site that need traffic and work with appropriate vendors to fulfill those needs efficiently.
  • Track, analyze and optimize performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Work with Ad Operations & Ad Sales to optimize campaign performance as needed.
  • Interpret business goals and turn them into actionable items.
  • Perform various special projects and ad hoc analysis as needed.

This position requires a very high-level of accuracy, keen attention to detail and strong communication skills. The individual must be able to establish priorities, work independently, meet deadlines and work proactively with internal and external clients with minimal supervision.

  • EDUCATION: BA/BS in Marketing, Advertising or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • EXPERIENCE: 3+ years of experience working around online marketing campaigns in a heavy analytical function.
  • Business minded individual with excellent analytical abilities and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of working with online publishers, buying media and negotiating.
  • Experienced with Google Analytics, DART and other web analytic applications performing analysis (including ROI).
  • Have strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
  • Possess a high level of attention to detail and the ability to effectively prioritize/multi-task.
  • Highly motivated, proficient and willing to take initiative.
  • Organized individual with a high level of service orientation.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • A patient and avid learner who likes innovation, wearing multiple hats and willing to try new ideas.
  • A creative, analytical and curious individual who works well in teams.
