We are hiring an Area Manager that has a background in logistics, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for making societal differences while being afforded exceptional career growth opportunities.
The person in this position is able to work 80% of the time from home.
Liberty Mobility Now’s Area Manager will be responsible for triage for incoming calls related to provider or client issues – ranging from weather delays to traffic or vehicle issues or members that are unable to make appointments. This position requires early mornings, starting at 5 am.
The person selected must have exceptional customer service skills, be able to multi-task and must work well in high-stress environments.
Liberty Mobility Now’s Area Manager will also be responsible for developing strategic relationships and partnerships with local governments, agencies, community organizations, non-profits, media, medical institutions, and businesses, to advance Liberty’s mission and vision within the region.
Liberty Mobility Now’s Area Manager will promote and market the Liberty concept within the communities to increase community awareness, involvement & support, while growing the passenger base.
But most importantly, Liberty Mobility Now’s Area Manager will team with Liberty as they move forward to become the premier transportation platform in rural America.
To assist in achieving these goals and objectives, Liberty Mobility Now’s Area Manager will work closely with the team in Virginia as well as staff from across the US. You will be supported by a future-focused team of dynamic leaders, experts, movers and shakers in the transportation space with the focus on innovative state of the art technologies.

Organizational development, performance improvement, talent management and a passion for making a difference are key to the position. The individual Liberty is seeking will have strong leadership skills, experience in successfully building, growing, managing and leading teams, and have strong organization and planning skills. Public speaking and presentation skills are also important. Community organization experience is a plus.
Individuals with experience and/or knowledge of healthcare, non-emergency transportation, fleet management, or related fields would be greatly beneficial but not mandatory.
At a minimum, Bachelor’s Degree with at least three years’ experience successfully managing and growing teams is required.
Occasional instate travel monthly within the region is part of this position; however, the majority of the time, the person holding this position is able to work from home.
