Liberal Construction, LLC has openings for Site Security Managers (SSM) in Bahrain to ensure that the construction integrity of a SCIF being built meets ICD 705 standards and is in accordance with the Construction Security Plan (CSP). The SSM acts as the single point of contact regarding SCIF construction security at the project site and is responsible for implementing all aspects of the Construction Security Plan (CSP).
The SSM shall ensure the security integrity of the construction site.
The SSM shall document security violations or deviations from the CSP and notify relevant agencies. The SSM shall control access of personnel materials at the Construction Site. Specifically, ensure the security integrity of the construction site, the Secure Storage Area (SSA), and construction materials.
The SSM shall work with construction teams to ensure security of the construction site and compliance with the requirements set forth in the Construction Security Plan (CSP).
The SSM shall ensure that processes are in place to ensure that all persons and materials to the secure areas are inspected for prohibited items.
The SSM shall monitor, observe, and interact with the construction workers as they accomplish their various tasks to preclude the introduction of electronic, electrical, telephones or cell phones, mechanical, or any other type of electronic devices into finished construction.
Shall be able to write detailed reports in English and complete the analyses of issues, findings, and security situations which require staff action.
Shall be capable of independent decision making, possess a high degree of individual initiative, and be able to function with minimal supervision.
The SSM shall maintain all required documentation of inspections, security violations, and incidents; maintain logs and upload any photographs taken on a daily basis.
Must have a U.S. Active Top Secret (TS)/SCI security clearance.
5 years of relevant experience.
Must be willing to work overseas.
Completion of ICD 705 Course and Security Officials Course.
Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
