The Senior Planner will engage in primary and secondary research to uncover insights that inspire creative teams to produce big ideas and help account teams develop and sell strategic programs to clients. The Senior Planner is expected to have strong strategic thinking skills and effectively develop a theory of communications for current and prospective client brands.
A successful Senior Planner will be trusted by the creative team for his/her passion for great work and ability to inspire it, embraced by the account teams for support in leading the client to better business-building ideas, and valued by the client for insightful perspectives on the customers’ relationships with brands.
The Senior Planner is expected to be a leader – with clients and internal teams.
