Job description:

We currently have multiple Receptionist positions available throughout the Austin area. All positions do require general Receptionist experience. All of the Receptionist positions are temp-to-hire or temporary positions and will last anywhere from 1 day to being an indefinite position. Interview today and start as soon as tomorrow!

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and take messages
• Respond to emails when necessary
• Manage mail correspondence when necessary
• Greet clients and visitors
• Perform other clerical tasks as needed

Required Experience / Skills:

• Receptionist experience is preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of basic administrative/clerical practices and procedures
• Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure
• In-depth working knowledge of relevant computer programs including MS Office
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual in English / Spanish preferred but not required

Work Schedule:

• Monday – Friday | All positions are between the hours of 745AM – 530PM
• All positions are In-Office
• Office locations are throughout the Austin area
