Law firm seeks highly qualified administrative professionals to join a congenial office. We are looking for individuals with different areas of experiences, such as legal assistant, human resources assistant, executive assistant, and more. The ideal candidate must take direction well, be a team player, hold a positive attitude, and not mind wearing multiple hats.

Additional qualifications:
• Detail-oriented
• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
• Ability to use multi-line phone system
• Technically savvy with MS Office Suite (especially Word and Excel)
• Degree from an accredited institution preferred
