Exercise independent judgment to support grant reviews for various Federal clients, including the peer review of federal discretionary grant applications for a number of federal agencies both onsite and remotely.
Serve as secondary client contact on specified projects, analyze business plans and coordinate with federal staff.
Support the multiple stages of grant review processes, to include recruitment, document management, payment validation, and external communications.
Support projects assigned to the team, to include grant review databases, websites, and quality assurance procedures and documentation.
Support the analysis of system requirements to help define project scopes and requirements.
Perform pre-release application testing, ensuring compliance with requirements.
Provide both reviewer and client users with Help Desk type support.
Maintain complex project timelines, gather data and update project financial status reports.
Coordinate program management meetings.
Assist with preparation of briefings and presentations.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline, preferred
Excellent oral & written communication skills
Outstanding customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Must be able to work on multiple projects/priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, MS SharePoint)
Knowledge of the federal grant review process, preferred
