The Grand Concourse - Pittsburgh, PA - Sous/Kitchen Manager

The Grand Concourse located in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking an experienced Sous/Kitchen Manager to join their team and oversee kitchen operations!

Job Duties:

  • Train and manage kitchen personnel and supervise/coordinate all related culinary activities;
  • Estimate food consumption and requisition or purchase food;
  • Standardize production and ensure consistent quality;
  • Establish presentation technique and quality standards;
  • Ensure proper equipment operation/maintenance; and ensure proper safety and sanitation in kitchen.
  • Supervise kitchen personnel with responsibility for hiring, discipline and performance reviews
