Project Administrator- Construction Services

Work with a progressive Commercial Real Estate Developer providing assistance and coordination for service calls, warranties, and close outs of Net Lease projects.


Provide coordination with third parties including tenant, contractors, public officials, and utility companies. Communicate routine service and warranty requests from tenant and track issues with General Contractor.


Receive from tenant and pass onto General Contractor Health Department Applications

Create Notice of Delivery and close out notifications. Advise Architect, General Contractor, Insurance, and in house departments to begin finalizing close out of store.

Receive, examine for completeness, and file all close out documents.

Includes drawings, warranties, Certificates of Occupancy, operations and maintenance manuals; coordinate to insure that all required documents are received; assemble all documents for sale of properties as require

Maintain drawing files; assist in making travel arrangements, and provide general administrative services as required for Construction. MS Office skills should be advanced. College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
