Legal Secretary- Wills/Estate Planning/Tax

Established but private law firm that offers work-life-balance and is family friendly is seeking a 3-5 yr. experienced and professional Legal Secretary to support several established attorneys.

MUST HAVE the experience and consistent loyal job history as one attorney is very successful, and needs to be kept organized and on track. TAKE THE BALL AND RUN WITH IT mentality will succeed here.

Strong grammar/writing skills, advanced computer skills, communicative, yet easy going and calming are of importance.

Process documents, knowledge of tax law, formation of entities, drafting lots of forms for wills/estate, as well as black lining/redlining is a must.

Work in a mid size, team environment with excellent benefits as well.
