ServSave Certification is a plus.
Previous management experience is a plus.
Job responsibilities include:
Efficiently manage shifts / areas without supervision
Train crew on all corporate policies. Motivate the team to enjoy what they’re doing and be proud of their work.
Support the company’s marketing promotions, and look for opportunities to increase sales.
