Appointment Setter - Sales Assistant

A busy Long Island Business Brokerage firm is looking to hire a young, mature, sales minded professional to assist the brokerage team with sales and eventually grow into the role of business broker. Our office is sales and commission driven; the sales assistant will have a combination of Base Pay + Commissions. The right fit for this position should have motivation to learn a new skill and receive expert training that can produce big dollars in the future. We are looking to invest time and energy in developing the right candidate's skills and are looking for long term employees whose roles will shift and expand in time from sales assistant to business broker. The right candidate should have an entrepreneurial spirit be a self-starter and have the desire to have no earning limitations with the focus and discipline to work and achieve major earrings.

Must Haves
