Job Requirements:
  • Deep expertise in Veeva Vault Clinical configuration
  • Experienced with ServiceNow, Jira, SharePoint, and MS Office
  • Strong problem solving, technical writing and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies, GCP and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance
  • Experience in application maintenance and support engagements
  • Experience on core ITIL processes
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high quality/error free deliverables
  • Must be motivated, independent and self-sufficient. Able to receive an assigned task and see it through to completion with minimal supervision
