YOUR ROLE WITHIN OUR COMPANY
- Provide professional advice to your clients, meeting multiple financial goals, with a comprehensive and top-notch line of financial products and services. Our lead program is the best in the country. Once you are given a lead, it is your responsibility to contact the client and sit down with them to best assess what their financial needs are.
- Serve as a dependable advisor who helps to provide financial solutions to the right people, in the right way, for the right reasons.
- Have access to professional selling tools, and approachable sales leaders - from the manager to the CEO. Experience multiple opportunities for professional development in sales or move into management in our locations throughout the country.
We are looking for motivated individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit that are willing to listen, learn and grow personally and professionally. If you do not have an insurance license, one can be obtained in as little as one week. There is no cold calling associated with this position--all of our leads are qualified.
Compensation – Our compensation plan is unrivaled. We give our agents and agency owners the opportunity for unlimited earning potential. Our part time agents typically earn between $45,000 and $70,000 a year. Our full time agents typically earn over six figures. We have agency owners earning over $500,000 a year.
Training – If you are new to this business, we recognize that you will need a lot of training and support. Our training system is extensive and gets you out in the field immediately.
Market – Half of all American are underinsured, this gives us an unlimited amount of clients and customers; regardless of the economy.
