We are seeking enthusiastic social media marketing and customer service professional with a proven track record. We currently employ social media manager and 3 member customer service but need additional 2 members to our team to satisfy our marketing projects goals.
To summarize the job's duty:
A) Customer service (telephone, email), with order checking and assigning,
B) Social media posts, engagements and outreach on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and others.
C) Coordinating social outreach with CPC and marketing campaigns
We are looking for at least 2 years of experience is social media marketing (SMM) and a minimum of bachelor's degree. Additional skills involve, photoshop, outreach, promotional experience, customer service experience and outstanding communication skills.
We offer $2400/year in tax free refund for health insurance and a strict M-F (9am-5pm) working hours.
Salary is negotiable based on experience, track-record and KPI achieved.
