ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated Corporate Concierge with travel experience to be part of our growing team. In this role, you will handle a wide range of personal requests for clients, while delivering world-class customer service. If you are a self-starter with strong interpersonal and organization skills, then we want to hear from you! It's located in Manassas, Virginia.

Enjoy a flexible + hybrid work schedule

In this full-time position, you will work at our office on a 4 x 10 schedule, meaning that you'll work a 10-hour shift, 4 days a week. Here's what your work week will look like:

Monday: working from home

Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday: work with the team from the office in Manassas, Virginia

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday: scheduled days off — enjoy your 3-day weekend!

The base compensation is up to $44,000 per year, and, we are offering a $500 sign-on bonus too!

TRAVEL SPECIALIST KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Fulfill a wide range of lifestyle and travel requests for clients
• Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with clients
• Document all request data, update client preferences as needed, and maintain vendor database on an ongoing basis
• Achieve personal and team goals every month that are set by your manager
• Assist in creating marketing collateral and contribute to service newsletters
• Provide account coverage in manager's absence
• Promote collaboration with team members, and management, to sustain a respectful work environment.
• Adhere to company and client procedures and policies, including Dress Code, Attendance, and Punctuality.
• Any other duties that are needed to drive to the vision, fulfill our mission, and abide by the values of this organization

TRAVEL SPECIALIST JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 2 + years of travel planning experience with an emphasis on customer service required
• Experience with international and domestic destination experience required
• Travel agent, concierge, and/or hospitality background preferred
• Strong computer skills including strong Internet research, Microsoft Office, and CRM
• Strong verbal and/or written communication with strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
• Excel in building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work effectively in the position
