Responsibilities: • Manage and lead the MSP Team. Duties include: o Assign work to team members o Provide regular reports to leadership associated with team metrics o Provide level three support to MSP Team members as they work through issues assigned to them o Review, establish, and maintain policy and procedures associated with MSP operations o Maintain relationship with MSP customer and customer profile information o Lead onboarding process for new customers o Lead offboarding process for customers exiting MSP o Provide for the health and wellbeing of MSP Team members o Performance reviews with MSP Team members o Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the applications used by the MSP o Maintain datacenter assets until such time Beyond Impact decommissions the datacenter operations o Lead projects related to the MSP (e.g. datacenter decommission) • Manage technology requirements for the Beyond Impact (and affiliates) offices and office personnel o Maintain equipment and services that support the Beyond Impact offices o Provide help desk services to Beyond Impact (and affiliates) personnel as needed • All other duties as assigned
Qualifications: • Technical training or degree in IT that provided exposure to ITIL and related methodologies • 3 years of technical personnel management experience • 7 years of technical experience in the area of infrastructure administration and systems management • 2 years of Microsoft Azure experience – systems admin level understanding • Experience working on simultaneous projects • Ability to prioritize work for yourself and others you may be asked to manage • Experience providing level three support in an ITIL-based environment • Understanding of technical operations – internal and managed services operational approach • Ability to communicate across all levels of an organization – internal and external to BI • Ability to articulate technical solutions to non-technical employees/customers • Experience in large IT organization(s) • Knowledge of o Cloud technologies, including SaaS, PaaS and IaaS o Cloud system engineering principles and considerations o IT security risks • Microsoft Certifications in Azure Cloud Service Offerings are a plus
