About Java Farm Supply:
The Java Farm Supply culture is not for everyone. We demand a strong work ethic and uncompromising set of values from each of our employees. Our continued growth commands concerted daily efforts from each employee, but we take pride in our ability to recognize our employees as individual contributors. We are a family-owned business that understands the importance of family values and supports a positive work-home life balance. Accordingly, we operate on a basis of understanding an individual employeeâÂÂs needs and offer a comprehensive benefits package and competitive wages.
Our diverse team is comprised of loyal individuals with varied skills and perspectives, each of whom approaches their work from a different angle. The company-wide respect and consideration given to this diversity is an asset that enables us to develop new and better ideas to succeed in a changing market.
We are committed to developing strong community relationships and are proud to support FFA and 4-H, as we recognize the value provided by agricultural youth organizations. We look for applicants that share this local pride.
Employment at Java Farm Supply should simultaneously bring value to the company, strength to the existing team and an opportunity for individual growth. A forward-looking approach to our hiring process enables us to offer ample opportunity for advancement and growth within the company.
Java Farm Supply began three generations ago, when William Bookmiller founded the business in October 1951. Since our early days as a Massey-Harris (now Massey Ferguson) dealer, we've expanded our farming equipment products and our locations. Throughout the years and generations, however, we've kept the same commitment to providing quality service, innovative solutions and friendly support.
William and his wife Mary T. Bookmiller ran Java Farm Supply for over 30 years, selling and servicing farm equipment to Western New York agriculturalists and rural landowners. From the very beginning, William put a firm commitment to serving our customers' needs at the heart of the business, forming lasting relationships with local businesses and family farm owners.
Jim and his wife Mary A. continued to build on that legacy, expanding our capacity while adhering to the same local community spirit that has always been a hallmark of our business.
When the company was given to the leadership of Mike, John and Donna in 2011, we'd already grown into a second location, bringing a little bit of Java into Yorkshire. We're also in Batavia and Westfield now, with full service centers in each location offering high-quality farm equipment, parts and services to dairy farmers, row crop farmers, vineyard customers, application customers, and anyone else who needs a little help with their machinery.
While we've come pretty far from the one-brand, one-building company William created back in 1951, our values have stayed the same. We'll always hold firm to hard work, honest advice and deep respect for our customers and staff.
With equipment from Massey Ferguson, Challenger, RoGator, Gehl, Krone, Fendt and many others, our goal is to provide the supplies and support you need to meet your operation's or property's challenges and succeed with today's farming practices.
We value our employees and provide various opportunities for personal and professional growth through various training and seminars. We are seeking personnel who value customer relationships, are problem solvers, and believe in working for the service of others.
