We are looking for a brilliant hands-on Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will own and manage all aspects of the relationship with a key strategic customer: project management, strategic planning, sales support, product requirements, service application, logistics, and marketing. The account manager will need to understand the customer business flows and needs and tailor custom solutions – influencing various company internal stakeholders in manufacturing, R&D, marketing and strategy.
Operates as the point of contact for assigned customer
Develops and maintains long-term relationships with account
Works directly with key account to ensure proper service levels are maintained, special projects are executed and implemented
Manager relationships with external customer leaders, stakeholders and subject matter experts
Communicate and collaborate with customer, business process stakeholders and managers on shared services to ensure a consistent message and service
Makes sure client receives requested products and services in a timely fashion
Liaison between sales and marketing, aiding the development of point of purchase material and marking of current and new products
Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
Facilitate implementations of new services or service enhancements
Forecasts and tracks client account metrics
Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients
Problem solving/trouble shooting account issues

No supervisory responsibility.
This position may require at least 10% travel. Travel may be outside the local area and overnight and could be for extended period of times.
