Job Description

You will be responsible for achieving new premier support services sales goals within a designated US territory focused on mid-sized to Fortune 1000 corporate customers in verticals such as Public Sector, Healthcare & State & Local Government. These efforts will be on behalf of our client working from the corporate headquarters in Austin, Texas.

Specific responsibilities for this Inside Sales Role will include:

  • Engage with executive level decision-makers on service offerings that address business needs
  • Gain understanding of clients’ business objectives, manage sales cycle, and close services agreements through primarily phone-based interface with clients
  • Propose, manage and execute on customer contracts to achieve revenue and business goals
  • Deliver sales forecasts and customer feedback on trends, opportunities, and challenges in order to benchmark and forecast business and revenue
  • Participate in account strategy and planning sessions with local and virtual sales teams as well as legal, sales, product development, product support teams and customer partners

Requirements:

Our ideal candidate will possess an enthusiastic, creative and focused approach to building pipeline and closing sales. Additionally, you will possess:

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B technology related sales (experience with consultative service sales and service agreements engagement is preferred)
  • Ability to establish and enhance director to C-level customer relationships
  • Demonstrated multi-million dollar quota achievement for past 3-5 years
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills coupled with a high attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Solution Selling Methodology is desired
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products and services is desired
  • Proven background in taking a sales cycle from 0% to 100% close
