Job Description • Responsible for handling front desk reception and administration duties. • Greet guests and interviewees, answer phones, handle company inquiries to ensure compliance with company guidelines. • Responsible for receiving and distributing mail and packages. • Receive, maintain and keep track of office supplies/snacks/meals, etc,. • Responsible for badge, access card, key card distribution and return. • Produce weekly and monthly visitors report. • Project support as needed (i.e. various company events throughout the year, annual holiday party) • Other administrative projects or duties as assigned.
Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree preferred • Ability to multi-task and remain energetic in a fast-paced environment • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with a diverse range of people and job functions • Excellent organization, verbal, multi-tasking, and written communication skills • Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and multitask • A self-motivated team member who is organized, detail-oriented, and consistently follows through on assignments
