Our client, a highly experienced telecommunications and IT network consulting firm is seeking Call Center Representatives to join their team.
This is a great temporary-to-hire opportunity!
· Initiate outbound calls to businesses in a timely manner
· Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
· Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
· Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
· Keep records of all conversations in the call center database
· Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
· Previous experience in a customer service, call center or office role
· Strong phone and verbal communication skills
· Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word)
· Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
· Set Weekly (Monday-Friday)Schedule
