A new partner of Instructional Connections is looking to fill some Part-Time Online Adjunct Faculty positions within their School of Business. Hiring will be done directly with the university. Interested individuals should complete an application including consisting of a letter addressing work experience and experience in teaching, a CV, and unofficial transcripts from masters and doctoral institution.

BADM 720: Quantitative Methods/Online Adjunct position
We invite applications for future adjunct instructor positions to teach graduate level Quantitative Methods. Successful candidates must be academically qualified according to AACSB Accreditation Standards. To be academically qualified, a doctoral degree in one of the following fields is required: Production; Operations Management; Statistics; Quantitative Analysis; or Math, and the candidate must have a recent publication history. Additionally, doctoral degrees must be less than five years old; degrees older than five years will require a list of current publications to ensure that the candidate is active in the field. Online teaching experience in higher education is preferred as well as the ability to work with current or developing Learning Management Systems. Candidates with experience in curriculum design and pedagogy development will be given preference.

BADM 761: Leadership Development/University Center Sioux Falls (Hybrid Course)
We invite applications for future adjunct instructor positions to teach graduate level Leadership Development in Sioux Falls. This course requires a 5 day residency. Applicants must be available to deliver 40 hours of face-to-face content over a continuous 5 day period.
Successful candidates must be qualified according to AACSB Accreditation Standards. To be academically qualified, a doctoral degree in Leadership, Management, or Strategy is required, and the candidate must have a recent publication history. Additionally, doctoral degrees must be less than five years old; degrees older than five years will require a list of current publications to ensure that the candidate is active in the field. Online teaching experience in higher education is preferred as well as the ability to work with current or developing Learning Management Systems. Candidates with experience in curriculum design and pedagogy development will be given preference. A five-day residency is required. Applicants must be able to deliver forty hours of face-to-face content over a continuous five-day period.

ECON 782: Managerial Economics/Online Adjunct position
We invite applications for future adjunct instructor positions to teach graduate level Managerial Economics. Successful candidates must be academically qualified according to AACSB Accreditation Standards. To be academically qualified, a doctorate in Economics is required and candidates must have a recent publication history. Additionally, doctoral degrees must be less than five years old; degrees older than five years will require a list of current publications to ensure that the candidate is active in the field. Online teaching experience in higher education is preferred as well as the ability to work with current or developing Learning Management Systems. Candidates with experience in curriculum design and pedagogy development will be given preference.

ACCT 320: Cost Accounting/Online Adjunct position
We invite applications for future adjunct instructor positions to teach undergraduate Cost Accounting at University Center. There are opportunities to teach either online or face-to-face courses. Successful candidates must be professionally or academically qualified according to AACSB Accreditation Standards. To be professionally qualified, individuals must possess a Master of Professional Accountancy or have an equivalent degree and possess significant, active work experience in the specific field. Candidates who have successfully passed the Certified Public Accountant examination will be given preference. To be academically qualified, a terminal degree in Accounting is required and the candidate must have a recent publication history. Additionally, doctoral degrees must be less than five years old; degrees older than five years will require a list of current publications to ensure that the candidate is active in the field. Online teaching experience in higher education is preferred as well as the ability to work with current or developing Learning Management Systems. Candidates with experience in curriculum design and pedagogy development will be given preference.

BADM 101: Survey of Business/Online Adjunct position
We invite applications for future adjunct instructor positions to teach undergraduate Survey of Business. Successful candidates must be professionally or academically qualified according to AACSB Accreditation Standards. To be professionally qualified, individuals must possess a Master of Business Administration and significant, active work experience in the specific field. To be academically qualified, a doctoral degree in Management, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Operations Management, Economics, or another related degree is required, and the candidate must have a recent publication history. Additionally, doctoral degrees must be less than five years old; degrees older than five years will require a list of current publications to ensure that the candidate is active in the field. Online teaching experience in higher education is preferred as well as the ability to work with current or developing Learning Management Systems. Candidates with experience in curriculum design and pedagogy development will be given preference.

BADM 350: Legal Environment/Online Adjunct position
We invite applications for future adjunct instructor positions to teach undergraduate Legal Environment online. Successful candidates must be professionally or academically qualified according to AACSB Accreditation Standards. To be professionally qualified, individuals must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) and be actively and consistently practicing business law for the last five years. To be academically qualified, individuals must possess a JD less than five years old; if a JD is older than five years, a publication list from the last five years demonstrating active participation in the field is required. Online teaching experience in higher education is preferred as well as the ability to work with current or developing Learning Management Systems. Candidates with experience in curriculum design and pedagogy development will be given preference.

BADM 482: Business Policy and Strategy/Online Adjunct position
We invite applications for future adjunct instructor positions to teach undergraduate Business Policy and Strategy. Successful candidates must be professionally or academically qualified according to AACSB Accreditation Standards. To be professionally qualified, individuals must possess a master’s degree in the discipline and significant, active work experience in the specific field. To be academically qualified, a doctoral degree in Management, Strategy, or Leadership is required and the candidate must have a recent publication history. Additionally, doctoral degrees must be less than five years old; degrees older than five years will require a list of current publications to ensure that the candidate is active in the field. Online teaching experience in higher education is preferred as well as the ability to work with current or developing Learning Management Systems. Candidates with experience in curriculum design and pedagogy development will be given preference.
