Crawmer's Critterz Inc will soon be expanding into a new classroom and beginning screening teachers for our preschool classroom. Teacher will be working with a group of 10 children from 3 years to 5 years old with a team of 4 other teachers. The daily rhythm of the children consists of 4 meals, music twice daily, preschool class and art education. All students enrolled have the opportunity to participate in all the activities at the school as age appropriate. Being able to lift children and helping with toileting are two necessary parts of this job.
New team member will be able to work within the PBIS discipline policy at the school, teach and implement curriculum and work with parents. Having the ability to be at ease in a busy environment, find joy/laughter in the silly every day and enjoy reading to the students are important pieces for this position.
1 year experience working full time in a certified child care center with children infant through 36 months (or 20 semester college credit hours in place of experience)
OR 20 College Credit Hours in Early Childhood Education

Oregon Abuse & Neglect Reporting
Oregon Child Care Division Criminal Background Check (through childcareinoregon.org)
Substitute teacher needs to be available on short notice and will have some scheduled days in the week. Teacher will work in all age classrooms.
Hours needed available are Monday - Friday from 7:30am to 5:30pm. Shifts are typically 6 - 8.5 hours in length.
