Security Systems Sales Executive and Sales Manager

Responsible for the sale of full service security systems to include CCTV's, and Card Access Control Systems.

Will introduce new products and offer service to current customers and manage a sales team of 2 and will be responsible for growing this team.
Will prospect to future clients and maintain existing clients.
Must have strong knowledge and sales experience in the security systems industry to include CCTV cameras and Card Access Control systems.

Must have fluency in customer service, willing to make a long term commitment to this industry and this company. Opportunity to grow into potential partnership.
Must be able to build strong and trusting customer relationships.
Must be willing to travel in the five county region and may be required to travel to Buffalo and Syracuse.
Must have exceptional business acumen, a strong leadership orientation, and a genuine interest in helping others achieve their professional goals. Also, he/she must be able to think both strategically and analytically while maintaining the ability to delegate and influence effectively.
Strong IT background very helpful.

Key Responsibilities will be:

Reporting to the President, Sales and Marketing Manager will provide leadership and focus on a wide range of strategies, programs and systems designed to support and optimize the efforts of the sales team. Accordingly, will be responsible for developing, leading and energizing the Company's sales and marketing organization, creating a highly strategic, integrated approach to sales and marketing support that will enhance and drive new business opportunities and continue to elevate strong reputation in the security marketplace. Sales Manager will oversee and or assist in the following functional areas: Sales Field Development; Sales Field Support; Marketing; Sales Strategy; Training and Communications; and Business Intelligence.

This role is vital to the continued growth and success of our business, including the satisfaction and productivity of its existing Sales team. Role will include identifying more powerful ways to expand business opportunities with the necessary support from the Company. Will need to partner closely with and successfully collaborate with Operations and Finance departments as well as general management leadership within the Company.

The Sales Manager will be expected to function as a strategic leader across the business, yet also as a practical, action-oriented executive who will apply his/her strong knowledge and experience in sales, marketing and customer service to make a measurable, meaningful, and sustainable impact on business opportunities.

Will establish best practices designed to enhance sales strategies, strategic planning, and organizational development in order to drive a highly team-oriented organization and enhance the experience and productivity of the sales department. Also, the will be involved in improving the end-to-end process from development to implementation of new sales and marketing tools and programs for the company.

Primary responsibilities will include:

• Develop a sound strategy and drive consistent growth, profitability and sound business practices.
• Provide organizational leadership that emphasizes an integrated team-based mentality.
• Develop planning, performance management and recognition tools for Sales team members designed to maximize performance and improve efficiencies across all markets and product lines.
• Influence and inspire thoughtful analysis which leads to the generation of leading-edge ideas and winning strategies for Sales team.
• Serve as a brand champion at sales and management meetings.
• Communicate with Sales team to better understand what leads to their satisfaction and success.
• Contribute to the preparation of overall operating budgets, sales and forecasts that are consistent with short and long-term strategic business objectives. Ensure sales and profit targets are met or exceeded based on pre-established financial targets. Take ownership for results.
• Develop an infrastructure that will improve organizational capabilities and continue to evolve business processes and procedures.
• Build a team of great talent in Sales and Marketing, including a highly collaborative culture where information sharing and a team-based approach to business are the foundation of success.

Will support schools, medical and educational institutions, government agencies, and large corporations and retail establishments.

This position offers exceptional compensation package to include, base pay, commissions and overrides, no cap on commissions and earning potential is unlimited.
