Our growing client is in need of an IT Network Administrator (DIRECT HIRE) to support and provide the information technology needs for the employees and staff.
Will support in the installation and upgrade of laptops, desk tops and other computer based systems and electronics equipment. Will offer maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of systems.
Will assist with infrastructure and wide area networks
Also responsible for building local area networks.
Will offer training, assistance and support to all staff when in need.
The following experience minimum experience is required to be considered for this position.
Associates Degree or equivalent technical training with at least 3 years of direct hands experience with administrating in a Windows 2000 or 2003 environment.
Primary focus on application, hardware, network and phone system support
Must have in depth knowledge and hands on experience with Windows 2003, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange and PBX systems
Must be a strong problem solver, good troubleshooting and possess analytical skills in information technology, infrastructure and networks.
Daily and weekly responsibilities will consist of:
Support and maintain the Windows 2003 environment.
This includes Windows 2003, IIS, DNS, Domain Printing, Active Directory, Exchange Server, MRP data base and Collection support.
phone system maintenance.
Support and Maintain the Exchange 2003 email environment.
Support mailbox and public folder management, monitoring the anti-virus controls and Spam filtering
Provide support for video security system, desktop support, helpdesk support, Internet applications, network and the telephone systems.
Provide support to end users on a variety of issues; identify, troubleshoot, and perform diagnostics using various tools; support includes but not limited to assisting with print issues, install, maintain, modify and troubleshoot hardware and software systems.
Will assist company in creating procedures, processes and workflows and schedules for end users.
