INFODYNAMICS, Inc has a DYNAMIC position for the right person…

We are seeking a highly motivated, successful candidate with excellent communication skills, an outgoing personality, highly motivated, and eager to support and train customers. The successful candidate will work from our Indianapolis, Indiana office and will need to be able to not only learn our software products inside and out, but also excel in training and supporting our network of dealers and end customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Provide top quality technical support to customers and dealers.
  2. Present technical concepts in a clear manner to customers through email, phone calls, and web conferencing.
  3. Identify, resolve, and communicate customer and product satisfaction issues internally for resolution.
  4. Perform problem analysis. This includes the appropriate referral to other service areas, follow-up, testing, troubleshooting and the identification of bugs and enhancements. As a part of troubleshooting, you may be responsible for reproducing the client's environment, suggesting workarounds, and working with the Development team.
  5. Log all support incidents so that recurring problems are reported to and tracked by Development.
  6. Contribute FAQ content to the product knowledge base for our customer self-support website.
  7. Identifying opportunities for “refresher” courses.
  8. Identifying and leading efforts to improve the processes you are involved in.

Required Skills

  1. Prior training or technical support experience.
  2. Ability to work efficiently individually as well as being a key component in a team environment.
  3. Energized by working with others.
  4. Comfortable understanding and explaining software products.
  5. Have strong presentation, verbal and written skills.
  6. Strong problem solving skills and ability to adapt quickly in a fast paced environment.
  7. Ability to work under the constraints of deadlines and short turnaround times.
  8. Ability to support SQL installations, queries and backups.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) preferred
  • Five or more years of related experience
  • Application software and/or document management experience is preferred
