Job Description

INFODYNAMICS, Inc has a DYNAMIC position for the right person…

We are seeking successful candidates with excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality who is highly motivated, and eager to demonstrate our products. The chosen candidate will need to be able to learn our software products inside and out for a consultative experience with our dealers and customers – either remotely or onsite. This position will offer time in the office, which includes conducting web presentations, providing sales support for our regional sales managers and value-added partners. Occasional mid-week travel may be required. You must enjoy working with a team and have the drive to build a career, not just maintain a job!

Experience Requirements

· 2+ years sales/training or related experience

· Ability to work efficiently individually as well as be a key component in a team environment

· Strong presentation, verbal and written skills

· Comfortable understanding and explaining software products

· Strong problem solving skills and be able to adapt quickly in fast paced environments

Typical Duties Include

· Working with (and being accountable to) the outside Sales/Territory Manager

· Conducting web presentations/software demonstrations to prospective dealers and customers

· Writing proposals/quotes

· Calling and checking in with our dealer and customers

· Identifying opportunities

· Training dealers and customers

· Delivering technical/sales training to new dealers and clients

· Identifying and leading efforts to improve the processes
