The Training Center Coordinator is expected to learn and become proficient with professional and technical knowledge of open enrollment programs offered by ITI at our 9+ training centers.
Provide information, answer questions and fulfill requests regarding training programs for students and instructors in person, by phone and email.
Register students for open enrollment programs by phone, fax, email and online.
Process payment for registrations via credit card, check, wire transfer or electronic deposit.
Enter student data into Salesforce.
Send confirmation of registration to student and main contact.
Organize tours, lunches, classroom set up, and equipment rentals for scheduled programs.
Oversee Training Center janitorial, coffee/snack area, displays, etc. Coordinate service repairs.
Ensure operation of equipment and gear by calling for repairs; maintain inventories and ordering new, as needed.
General office: filing, typing, and other duties as assigned.
