EXPERIENCED Job Coach needed to assist individuals with disabilities with on the job work related tasks and job development. Job Coach will assist individual with learning job related tasks by having them broken down into simple steps and utilizing repetition. Assist in developing positive, working relationships with coworkers in order to create a pleasant and productive working environment. Job Coach will assist individual in locating and making contacts with prospective employers, and eventually developing these contacts into a viable position. Assist with completing employment applications and updating resume. Assist with obtaining job interviews; provide any assistance needed during the job interview and any follow-up correspondence with the prospective employer. This position is part time with variable hours. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Driving may be required during work hours. Criminal background check will be completed. Location: Danbury, Bridgeport and Waterbury areas. Compensation: $15.00 an hour. This is a part time position.
