The Project Management Office Analyst is responsible for supporting Project Managers, and Services Management team with planning, reporting, budget tracking, and financial analysis, as well as managing and/or supporting process and tool improvement initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support Project Managers in the project setup process to ensure the project setup requirements are met
Work with Project Managers to ensure resource assignments and utilization plans are up-to-date and optimized
Work with Services Management team to escalate and resolve any conflict in resource allocation
Produce, maintain and continuously improve reports using data from various sources and organizations
Produce, analyze and present reports on forecasted and actual resource utilization, labor hours, project budget and project financials performance.
Coordinate the quote generation process from initial creation to final approval
Collect, analyze and consolidate information from various stakeholder for planning, forecasting or reporting purposes
Frequently interact/communicate with Services team to ensure all planning information and actuals are up-to-date and accurate
Support or coordinate continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and quality of relevant processes and systems
Support Services Management with team communications such as newsletters and announcements
Minimum BA in Computer Science or Information System or related fields
Must have at least 5 years of PMO support or accounting experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, particularly with Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Project
Proficient using MS SharePoint
Familiar with Deltek Time & Expense, Deltek Costpoint and Jira
Able to work with and analyze substantial amounts of data to generate management reports for project and financial performance.
Ability to perform in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Must be able to quickly and effectively convey issues, concerns, and/or status as requested by management and customers.
Must have impeccable communication and excellent interpersonal skills. Must be able to work as directed and autonomously.
Proficiency using Salesforce is a strongly preferred
Proficiency working with and/or querying databases is a plus
