The project coordinator will play a vital role to the inner workings of Hylink. As a project coordinator, you will support Hylink with project related task and workflow management. You will collaborate with various departments ensuring there is proper communication and delivery of deadlines. You will be monitoring production, resources, process improvements, quality and resolving operational problems.
Reporting directly to senior agency staff, you will learn both the skills necessary to succeed in advertising, as well as understand emerging business models as they happen. Your organizational skill combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grow. You will be involved in a fast-paced, multi-task oriented team. Covering training across programmatic, digital, industry analysis, and client service, you will acquire your influencing and relationship-building skills, provide forward thinking processes and management acumen.
You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the organizational needs of Hylink's key partners and objectives. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
2-3 years of professional experience as an executive assistant / project coordination role
Self-motivated and excellent in multitasking
Well Organized with high-proficiency on Microsoft Project, Excel, & Word
Ability to think, plan and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in an organized fashion
Demonstrated ability to work calmly and maintain good judgment in fast-paced, high-stress environments, as well as ability to escalate appropriately
Verbal proficiency in English and excellent written communication skills
Good understanding on agency process.
Experience using project management software such as MS Project, Basecamp, etc.
Assists with the creation of project estimates and project plans
Monitor and manage deadlines with various departments
Organize financial and time budget, planning.
Consistent record keeping of accurate estimations of projects timelines and status reports
Monitor work flow and have the foresight to see any production bottleneck
