Hutton Brickyards is looking for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team! The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Director of Sales and Marketing in managing internal and external sales and marketing efforts
Manage all inbound sales leads and correspondence, utilizing a CRM system.
Maintain event calendar including inquiries, holds and bookings.
Assist with updating and distributing proposals and pitch decks.
Assist with development of digital sales and marketing tools and apps.
Produce CRM reports for revenue, lead close rates and lead sources.
Maintain list of industry organization memberships.
Provide facility tours to prospective clients as needed.
Maintain email marketing list for current clients, event industry professionals and prospective client for use in promotions, event invitations and prospecting.
Assist with the development of content for client email list.
Assist operations with assessing property signage needs.
Assist in the creation of marketing materials.
Maintain online listing content for third party vendors.
Update public calendar of events and distribute to marketing channels, community and media partners.
Assist in the development and execution of the Hutton Brickyards social media content strategy on all social media channels.
Keep an active list of wedding and event industry media, vendors and lifestyle social profiles. Identify cross-promotional opportunities.
Work with clients and partners to share photos, obtain permissions and develop opportunities for shared posts. Tag vendors, clients and partners along with relevant hashtags.
Track and document Hutton Brickyards events social media coverage to identify best practices and opportunities for improvement.
Assists operations with planning and coordination of on-site events (festivals, weddings and events) with a key focus on cross-promotional opportunities, hashtag placement and sponsor fulfillment.
Education: 1-3 years; at least 1 year of experience working in a professional environment, preferably in a real estate investment firm, large format restaurant or agency in a marketing function
Digital Experience required
Experience in account management with a concentration in marketing, media, communications or advertising
Must be familiar with social media platforms – i.e. Facebook. LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Experience with Adobe Cloud, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
Experience with MailChimp, Basecamp, Web Design, and Google Analytics
