We are currently seeking to hire a Director Of Sales to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue.


• Lead Sales team in achieving growth goals through training and enablement, sales process enhancement, and design and execution of territory sales plans - our team is small for now, but this position will be integral in scaling the business and building out the team

• Initiate customer outreach and lead sales meetings as a participating member of the sales team

• Achieve HBS’ ambitious revenue goals by overseeing growth of the company

• Lead the development of a department culture that is consistent with HBS’ values and that motivates the sales team to perform at their highest level

• Develop a go-to-market strategy for building the HBS network through both organic and partner channels

• Lead the Marketing in development of our marketing plan, sales collateral and other sales support materials and provide regular market feedback to improve our marketing and branding efforts

• Lead and expand adoption and effective use of CRM platform if necessary to build and maintain a healthy pipeline that will drive growth

• Design, implement, and manage a consistent process and methodology for sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting

• Partner with other members of the executive team to execute the current corporate marketing, and sales strategic plan, and help develop future plans to ensure growth and market share gains

• Ensure performance, strategy, and alignment of the organization’s revenue-generating departments

• Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth

• Implement and track sales and marketing metrics to ensure the desired outcomes are met

• Actively prospect for new opportunities, create and maintain a pipeline of medical equipment account leads and opportunities

• Speaking and networking at industry conferences and medical seminars to build brand awareness, stay abreast of legal, regulatory and market developments, build and strengthen referral network

• Participating in client and internal meetings to maintain familiarity with service delivery, client planning and fine tune messaging

• Serving as focal point for enterprise-wide marketing and business development initiatives and fielding internal inquiries about our capabilities

• Serve as an industry expert, including active participation in industry groups, attending events and communicate relevant industry trends and best practices to clients

• Deliver weekly progress reports

• Collaborate with scientific delivery team to develop a perspective on positioning of various products and establishing a pipeline of industry-relevant products

• Identify opportunities for strengthening company’s brand image and visibility in the areas of medical writing and associated services
