REQUIREMENTS OF A VET RECEPTIONIST / CUSTOMER SERVICE REP (CSR)
As a Vet Receptionist / Customer Service Rep (CSR), you are our clients' first contact when calling or visiting our office so you present a friendly and professional image and create a great impression! You answer telephones, warmly greets clients, handle payment transactions, update client financial records, and prepare patient files. Leveraging your patience and customer service skills, you diffuse negative client situations and foster client bonding through answering their questions and properly informing them. You enjoy building relationships and becoming closer with our clients and their pets! As needed, you clean the front desk office space, perform data entry, and handle client correspondence such as procedure reminders, thank you cards, or welcome cards. Your front desk efforts help our company thrive and succeed!
A college education is preferred, but not required. Also, we will train in veterinary-specific knowledge that is required for the position! Are you dedicated and career-oriented?
