Production Team Member (Layout and Design)

Job Description
Production Team Members work directly with the top real estate brokers, agents and their assistants to help prepare print marketing materials, guiding and facilitating the process from collection of text/images, through page design and layout, to final printing on in-house digital press. Qualified candidates must possess strong written and verbal communications skills and will be equally comfortable providing top-notch customer service to clients and working with page layout software to prepare beautifully-designed print brochures, direct mail cards and flyers. Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain tight deadlines is a must. Be a part of a fast-paced, high-energy work environment, working closely alongside other Team Members.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Generate proofs for brochure/flyer/cards using Quark Xpress design program
  • Edit images using Adobe Photoshop
  • Correcting proofed copies of the documents created
  • Produce PDF documents and uploading to website for agent to view
  • Assist agents over the phone if they need assistance in the process
  • Flexibility to work adjusted or longer hours on busy days, as necessary


  • High school diploma required
  • Between 1 and 2 years of relevant experience
  • At least 1 year of Quarkxpress/InDesign and Photoshop
  • Experience on a PC platform

  • Knowledge of Final Cut is not a requirement, but does add value

Ideal candidates possess strong communication skills.
