Heritage Parts, the leading distributor of 100% Genuine OEM replacement parts for commercial kitchen equipment in North America, and headquartered in Fort Wayne, Indiana, is seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst to join the eCommerce team.

Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager, the Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on website and marketing data regarding customers, markets, competitors, web behavior and campaign effectiveness, to measure performance and support business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing and eCommerce, and a sound understanding of how to map customer journeys and purchasing behaviors to enhance marketing messages and the digital user experience of customers. They will also have experience planning and managing research projects, and be able to work closely with senior management to interpret and present findings in a clear, concise and actionable way. We are looking for a problem solver that has a natural curiosity about customer behavior with the initiative and means to track down the appropriate data and distill it into actionable information.

Responsibilities:

Ø Google Analytics: Work in Google Analytics to mine data and report on user behavior and campaign effectiveness.

Ø Standardized Reporting: Work with internal stakeholders to determine ongoing business intelligence needs in order to design, develop and produce ongoing reports and dashboards to support the business.

Ø Campaign Analysis: Provide ROI analysis of all marketing campaigns with predefined key performance indicators.

Ø Test Design and Analysis: Work with the marketing team to create solid tests that will produce statistically sound, and actionable results.

Ø Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research to analyze the competitive landscape.

Qualifications:

Ø 3-5 years of marketing experience required; Online marketing experience preferred.

Ø Prior experience measuring and analyzing web performance using Google Analytics.

Ø Expert Knowledge of Google Analytics and MS Excel required with willingness to learn additional software systems.

Ø Experience with AB testing tools such as Google Optimize.

Ø Experience with analyzing social media, email, Google Ads and vendor reports.

Ø Knowledge of statistics and direct marketing testing principles.

Ø Experience with search engine optimization, search engine marketing, display advertising and/or email marketing.

Ø Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or other marketing platforms a plus.

Ø Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Ø Solid business acumen, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ø Overall ability to adapt quickly to new requirements and manage multiple priorities.

Ø Experience working with internal groups and presenting to senior management.

Ø Bachelor’s degree is required.

Minimum Travel Required: (<10%)
