The Assistant Sales Center Manager is responsible for assisting the Sales Center Manager in managing sales and operations at one of our established wholesale HVAC distributorships that carry multiple brands of equipment, parts and supplies. The ASCM will function as acting Manager in the absence of any SCM within the region/division. Ideal candidate will be able to relocate to promote to SCM anywhere within a defined region as positions become available.
· 3-5 years of experience in the HVAC wholesale industry and/or proficiency in HVAC equipment preferred.
· Experience in sales, operations, purchasing and inventory management preferred.
· Strong interpersonal skills including sales, problem solving and customer service are absolutely required.
· Capable of working in a fast paced environment with skills to multi-task on different levels.
· Must possess the attitude of wanting to learn, teach and lead.
· Mechanical or Technical background.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred
