Technical Recruiter (Headhunter) -Virtually recruiting individuals by phone (mainly software engineers) in the San Francisco Bay Market from our office based here in downtown Honolulu.

We’re a tight knit team and if you're a confident Recruiter working a full desk, building out a book of billable clients and/or placeable candidates from scratch, and like the idea of working in a small collaborative office environment in downtown Honolulu then we would be interested in talking. Our approach to recruiting:
Our website does a good job to explain our approach but essentially we're always striving to be relationship driven firm, with a focus on quality over quantity. We engage candidates and start with dialogues not pitches. Sure we use a job boards but it's definitely not our main source of candidates, we prefer to headhunt passive candidates thru other means when we can.
Ideally we'd like to meet experienced Recruiters who have San Francisco bay area or Technical Recruiting experience who are ready for a change. BUT we'll make exceptions if you have relevant recruiting or Technical sales experience, the motivation, and drive to build something while being a key piece of something new and would like to eventually build your own team. We need people who are mature and confident in a recruiting/sales environment. Recruiters who believe in their own abilities and realize that the more success the team has as a whole results in greater success for everyone. We're a small company, with a small team. You make you're own coffee and you can wear your slippers and hat to work, we finish early on Fridays, but work like we are living in SF, NYC or any other major mainland US city and earn the kind of living you would if you were living there too.
We have a lot of job openings to fill right now and timing to come on board couldn't be better. Lots of opportunity to take over client accounts and hit the ground running with a quick placement.
We expect that you have each of the following qualities if you are an experienced recruiter:
* Mature, Professional, Dependable, Driven, and financially motivated.
* Fully capable of driving the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to placement, of engineering talent.
* Experience developing and growing a client partner that has produced over at least $100k in placement revenue.
* Effective communication and teamwork skills that will enable you to successfully mentor a new Consultant.
* Driven, motivated, and able to balance the beach and work.
* Solid understanding of events and trends in the Web2.0, software or other IT-related industry.
* Experience carrying a quota of at least $150k - $300k annually.
*SF bay tech start-up client experience.
*Seasoned Recruiter who wants to build something in a young and progressive start-up, forward thinking Web 2.0 environment.
*Sharp sales orientated individual that has real content to their sales approach and is motivated.
* Initial base salary draw moving to commision
*We are a small team and invest a lot into our members and as such want to retain them and keep the team happy and going strong long term. We want you to make money and do everything we can to help you do that.
*A first year junior recruiter can expect to earn 70-80k+ if successful.
*A seasoned recruiter should be able to easily earn 100k plus, or you aren't trying hard enough.
*Potential draw offered but prefer successful individuals, financial independent, and ready to earn a high commission.
*Anything but corporate.
*Flexible working environment
*Ability to work from home and on the road when needed.
*Company paid bonus trips
*Higher than industry average commission pay out.
