HB Communications, Inc. is actively seeking qualified candidates to fill the role of Sales Support Specialist. This position reports directly to the Manager of Sales Support and will provide sales support for the Audiovisual Presentation Sales Department at our office in Waltham, MA.
This position will assist the Manager with proposals, correspondence, project tracking and research. In addition, the jobholder will screen calls and independently resolve problems that do not require the Manager’s intervention. The ideal candidate will have had prior experience in a fast moving sales and implementation environment and have attention to detail. In addition the ideal candidate will have had prior experience coordinating all of the logistical support issues for a sales office.

Concept of the Position: Understand that the primary goal is to provide the client with the contractual functionality including both hardware and software. Each job is time specific and requires continuous monitoring in order to insure success
Technical Skills – Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Sales Force and ACT (SAP would be helpful)
Personal Skills – Ability to work independently. Organization. Good listening skills. Ability to follow directions. Detail Oriented. Good oral and written communication skills. Ability to ask for more work when the schedule becomes light. Ability to “see” the contractual obligations of HB and work as an active team member to insure project success.
Work Week & Hours:
Overtime: Occasional, intense overtime will be dependent on the seasonal workload of the office
Environment: Works inside, limited travel
