About the role:

As a Senior JavaScript Developer, you’ll work with other developers and departments to help lead developmental goals and initiatives. The majority of your time will be spent writing clean, reusable, and scalable code, but a portion will be spent on architecting and designing new features and spearheading new projects.

Responsibilities:

· Writing maintainable, unit-tested code

· Being a release owner

· Lead code reviews and enforce standards

· Mentoring junior developers

· Staying on top of and suggesting new technologies and techniques to improve development productivity

· Participate in design reviews

Requirements:

· 5+ years professional working experience in a Software Developer role

· 3+ years experience with Node.js

· Excellent communication skills

· Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

· Deadline and detail oriented

Preferred:

· 3+ years experience writing in React.js and Redux

· 2+ years with Google Dialogflow CX or other virtual agent software

· Experience with Next.js

· Experience as a senior developer

· Experience with Python is a plus

· Experience with AWS preferred
