We are a expanding and need a Recruiter for our Temporary Staffing Division ASAP!
Base plus commission. (excellent commission package).
Opportunity for Growth!
Prefers STAFFING AGENCY EXPERIENCE.
SUMMARY: Responsible for interviewing, testing, and determining an applicants suitability for placement at client locations. Expands new business as well as maintaining relationships with existing clients by providing excellent customer service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned as required to meet business needs.
Develops a candidate pool through utilization of internal database, Internet, job boards, advertising, networking, direct recruiting, referrals, open houses etc.
Provides excellent customer service by meeting the specific needs of customers through the following:
- Identify potential candidates through effective screening, interviewing and evaluation of all potential candidates
- Conduct skills testing, reference checks and background investigations
- Schedule interviews between customers and candidates as appropriate
- Coaches candidates for job interview with client
- Follows-up after interviews with both candidates and customers
- Present job offer, negotiate, close the transaction, and confirm start date and compensation
- In cases where the candidate is not selected, tactfully informs candidate
Increase business in assigned territory by developing new customers as well as increasing business within existing accounts by identifying opportunities for other service lines and ensuring that the appropriate people are informed.
Skill markets candidates to clients and prospective clients to increase business in the territory.
Attends open houses, job fairs, trade shows and networking events to increase client and employee base.
Support business by meeting and exceeding required goals in assigned territory.
Develop creative recruiting resources to attract qualified professionals interested in temporary, temp to hire and direct placement. Enters and updates all required customer and applicant information into database.

REQUIREMENTS:

Strong presentation, communication, organization, and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Prefers STAFFING AGENCY EXPERIENCE!!!
Capable of relating to individuals at all levels.
Demonstrates effective negotiation and closing techniques including overcoming objections to closure.
Works well in a team environment.
Self-driven, motivated and results oriented.
Knowledge of personnel policy and procedure as well as federal, state and local laws regarding employment practices.
Computer proficient with various applications such as Internet, MS Office etc.
