We are currently seeking an articulate, energetic and confident Accounts Receivable Manager with a can-do and outgoing attitude.

Must come from A/R and not AP/AR, not just general accounting, not just collections & credit. A true AR professional. Someone coming from a rather tough environment, working as an AR Clerk, Supervisor or Manager. Seeking a real hard worker. Base $50-58k.

Experience handling cash is a huge plus.

• Manage accounts receivable and enter billing information
• Create and process invoices, post payments to accounts receivable
• Establish a positive relationship with our customers by providing excellent customer service
• Contact clients to establish collections and resolve issues in a clear, concise and professional manner via phone, paper or electronic communication in a timely manner as needed
• Research discrepancies, issue credits and adjustments, and provide information regarding accounts receivables to other staff.

• Must be outgoing
• Must be very computer savvy, with advanced Excel skills and the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies
• Proven customer service skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A strong candidate is a quick learner and someone who demonstrates resourcefulness and initiative
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent prioritizing skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Flexible to a constantly changing environment
• Detail oriented and well organized, hands on, ability to think quickly and able to manage multiple projects
