Human Resource/ Benefits Administrator

Our client is a growing company in the service sector. They are looking for a outgoing, professional Benefits Coordinator.

Responsibilities include administer employee health, welfare and 401(k) plans. Benefit programs include but not limited to: health, dental, vision, supplemental insurance, disability, 401(k), and FSA, HSA, FMLA, NY State STD and COBRA.

Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 3-5 years in human resources benefits administration in a corporate environment. Prior experience in 401(k) and health and welfare benefit plans is strongly preferred. Certified Employee Benefits (CEB) specialist designation a plus.
