This career opportunity offers long-term growth potential and is ideal for a successful inside sales person/account manager who is goal oriented, highly motivated and can demonstrate a history of success. GGR believes in providing its team with qualified leads to maximize earning potential. This position offers a 90 day training program to ensure your success. The training program will teach industry knowledge and company sales processes and procedures. Advancement opportunities are available for the right candidate.

Candidates must be available to relocate to Houston, TX or Tampa, FL .

Daily responsibilities include:

    Making outbound calls for the purposes business development and to cultivate business relationships
    Developing new market relationships
    Communicating with existing clientele to generate repeat business, teach best practices and obtain referrals
    Providing clients with updates on existing cases via telephone and email
    Meeting and exceeding monthly goals regarding sales and performance metrics

Skills/Requirements:

    Minimum of 3-5 years of B2B or outbound sales experience
    Proven track record of success
    Excellent communication skills High level of efficiency and motivation
    Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Education:

College Degree is preferred but not required

Compensation:

    Competitive base salary + commission + bonus programs
